I think so, the only confirmation that we're lacking is Jono's. It would be good though to know if he's planning to stay with QB on Thursday, or with the rest of us.

The Slushy will cover the deposit, but everyone must expect to pay ~50% of their accommodation cost. There's simply not enough money in the fund to pay for everything, and I think a 50% subsidy from the clan coffers is pretty good.

Onny, please confirm my maths:

Double rooms are R720 per night i.e. R360 per person

The slush fund covers 50% of the costs, meaning that individuals pay R180 per night.

i.e If you're staying 2 nights, it's a R360 cost, for three nights it's R540.

Anyone who's not happy with this cost needs to speak up quickly, so that Onxy can do the booking.

R540 is gonna be a bit steep for me so I'l come for Friday and Saturday.(R360) if you guys dont mind?

I have requested a quotation. They only had the self-catering unit and double rooms available so, according to the list of those who will be sleeping at Heatherdale, there are 11 of us so there will be a bed going begging for anybody who change their minds and want to cuddle with one of us.

+EXTRA BED to be taken up by a body OR paid/split between the 11 of us OR the slush fund absorbs the cost? (Cost of the room R1080 - 3 nights) = ± R100 extra per person

R7290.15 + R2880 = R10170 + extra bed R1080 = R11250

Fly asked me to post and say he is def coming to Rage and needs a ticket. He didn't say anything about accommodation.

Heatherdale has informed me that a guest has booked and paid for the self-catering unit for 3 months. Are you guys happy to take two double rooms instead?
