I really credit you guys for enjoying the game so much, you are happy to start over after losing many hours of work. It would be too much for me to handle.

Its a big blow in terms of the base we had all been building over several weeks and high lvl dinos we had spent hours taming and levelling.
But, the start of the game is actually the most challenging. Trying to establish yourself on the island when literally everything can kill you and all you have is a loin cloth is the hardest part.

Silver lining I suppose, we'd just reach 99% completion of the biggest (100000+ Metal mined) Metal conversion base ever and would likely have reached teh wot-now stage soon.....(truth though, builders seem to always have plans so probably would never reach wot-now).

Also this server we're on seems even more vanilla - hard to survive and day night cycle is 1:1 so there is a reason to have lights built at some stage.
