Not a bad game last night guys. We were calmer...(most of the time) and that helped.

Our defense is shocking, we really need to improve it.

Listen guys i been a bit disheartened by all this. Putting in effort and not seeing much result. Combined with oks not knowwing whats going on, or even reading the forum is frustrating.

However honestly we have improved. We can tell that by how easily we rolled over SSG second team. We must remeber we are playing the prem teams and this is all very tough for us.
We are probably not a prem div side. But while we are hgear we gonna make every effort to fight in every game.

Lets show some fight and some spirit in our next few games.

Wednesday we have SSG first team. Lets make a fight of it.

For prac tonight we focusing on defense, and assigning defensive positions to guys for as many flags and maps we can get through.

I think we are improving and we could have had them on Bazaar definitely if we didn't have the disconnects.

One thing that is totally in our control and were we are failing dismally is our preparation.

Tyger goes to the effort to organise, all the information is available but we still only arrive 5 minutes before, don't know little things like the dgl code, etc, etc


I am not going to go into detail and it isn't even my job but For Fucks Sakes! We are all grown ups, we have been doing this for a while now, sure you know what is expected of you at least before a match.

I am there. Will be available til 9pm then I want to hit some pubs.
Remember that I can't make it this Wednesday.

Guys I know a few of us are feeling disheartened, but let me just say that we have been doing pretty well. We started in Premier with a new infantry team that didn't have much DGL BF3 experience. We've taken carrots, yes, but we have improved tremendously. Keep your head up boys, we are getting there. We just need to settle the side down, get our infantry working right and build from there. We will stomp faces in 1st Division, but we have to aspire for Premier status, so grin and bear it.

May I suggest the only points of reference be this forum thread and the calendar. We should all be checking this daily. Let's include practices, the DGL code and the expected time to be online in the calendar so there is no confusion. That said I agree with Paul and Tyger. The team is not pulling its weight in terms of professionalism expected for public play and pracs and gametime. Read the calendar daily, get more public, be on time for practices and be in the know for matches.

We can run through strats and positions till we are blue in the face, but if we don't actually try to remember them its pointless. We must be focused at practice and try a lot harder in terms of professionalism. No one is going to baby sit you on how to play a zone right before the match, you need to know the strats and the positions. We will go over them in practices so everyone has a good idea of most areas and you should be using public to play TDM so you can sharpen your shooting.

Sorry for the rushed message but its FY year end and my brain is jeeeeellllyyyy. I keep saying it, but the below is relevant for all of us.

The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows. It's a very mean and nasty place and I don't care how tough you are it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me or nobody is going to hit as hard as life; but it ain't about how hard you hit. It's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done!

hey, i apologise for dropping this on you guys so late, but i don't know if i'll be able to play tonight. we are currently without a manager, and if i am to take up the mantle i need to show a bit more dedication. which will require me to work a LOT more this year.
tonight will depend on how many waiters i can pull together to work, so i will let you guys know.

and on a side note, i will be offline from the 6th-18th march.
