No problem Jarrod, it is better you let us know upfront. Onny and Mark playing has really helped out. I think we have at least 10 very regular people. Also to the guys that aren't playing in DGL, attending pracs is more than welcome, in fact it is the only way to get into the team if that is what you want
So people like Stu and Jackal who said they were keen, attend pracs, show your mettle and you could take my place!
I have added Onny and U2 to the baggers group

Apparently the pickups have been quiet recently, so we're going to get it up and running on Sunday night from 7PM. Prokill (NSD) and DisidntAggressor (RFH) have asked if we are interested and I have accepted on all your behalfs (or is it betwelfths?) in lieu of a Sunday match.
SSG and a few other guys are sure to make an appearance as well. If a set up night like this works nicely, more clans will commit the timeslot and we can really start getting a Battlefield 3 community going! Its really been something missing from the game and it could well keep us all interested for a while.
Details on how to pickup are here:
http://www.grrr.co.za/forum/index.php/topic,2854.msg47021.html#msg47021Please be aware that there may well be more than one game running at any given time. Just join whatever team you land on and ensure there's some strategic thinking done. "Who's in the tank?", "Where is infantry going off the start?" are both good questions. Fit it wherever required and give it your best run.
You'll be amazed how easily you'll slot into playing with guys from other clans. You will also gain new confidence in your team-mates and your skills specifically. Just keep aware of what's going on and offer a honest performance. If it all goes South, its all just for fun anyway and you're sure to improve!

Didn't want to make a whole new thread but the rules have been updated for DGL

Big thing I saw was the use of UAC?

I downloaded and installed UAC (version from DGL Link). It is really simple. Once installed you create and account.
Try make match you DGL name. Then before each match you enter the DGL match ID and select start scanning. This will "link" the scanning period to that ID.
I suppose for testing you could enter some random number to see how it performs. I will do this later and let you all know

The play off schedule has been released
http://www.dogamingleague.co.za/stage.php?id=396This is different to the link that Snake posted so I don't know if there is something wonky or if it just changed.
Our first match is against RFH which is ironic considering we are playing them this weekend, Hubris/Tyger can you please do the what not. This is their second team though
