Why not use Lee's easy table method?
What? Do it ourselves?
[table=]Round 1 - Round of 16, Round 2 - Quarter Finals, Round 3 - Semi-finals, Round 4 - Finals, Winner

I know we are all busy with the play offs but I don't want us to lose sight of our Leg 2 goal. We need to establish a stable team in order to do well. For that we need to know what is required of people to play so they can decide whether they can commit. If we don't have enough people in GRRR who can commit then we need to recruit

I think that we've seen already from leg 1 that we need to recruit. With the best will in the world, real life does happen and we've struggled to field an 8 man team every week (for both pracs and the match) during leg one out of a twelve man squad.
I think that those of us in the squad that are likely to have availability issues in leg 2 - or did have availability issues in leg 1 - should seriously consider our commitment to the team. It seems that last leg there were definite attendance issues from myself, Lep, Murgs and Nomad, meaning that there were no additional reserves to fill in when required.
From a personal standpoint, my commitment is unchanged. I can play any night except Mondays and Thursdays (every week - my travel arrangements are an immovable restriction), although I prefer to be used in a reserve capacity of Sunday night matches so as to spend time with the family.
I don't think that this is enough of a commitment from me. I think that I should be replaced with someone that has more available time, and wants to be in the matchday team as a first choice. Although I'd be sad to be dropped from the team, I don't really have what it takes to be in the limited squad line-up.
Personally, I think that we need to start putting some feelers out for new, committed recruits who could fit into our team. It may not be the way that grrr has historically done things, but if we want to compete at the top level then that's what we have to do.

I think we've really got to think about why we are doing this.
Personally, I think we've proven that in the current state we cant really be competitive, so lets turn it around and JUST HAVE FUN.
Enter whatever team and lets just have a load of fun with it, competitive or not.
We're all the way down at the bottom of the the bottom bottom now, so we've got nothing at all to lose, pride was lost a long time ago, so, lets just enjoy it from here on out.
*ENJOY the game now, rather than stress about it.
**Our Ego's and pride have taken a knock as we've been defeated continuously, by frankly lesser inexperienced teams.
Losing aint fun if we're taking it seriously(or attempting to), so the way I see it is to stop taking it so seriously have fun rather than trying so hard to win and getting depressed because we are losing. It's a game, lets have a jol with it now.

I want to agree with the duck here... And I partially do..
BUT, we have so much potential. So much of it its crazy. When we do well, we give the top clans a run for their money, but when we lose, its not only the game, we also lose patience, passion and respect for one another at times. And those for me are more paramount than winning at all costs.
What I am trying to say is, I agree with Lee. We need more focus on FUN. With FUN comes WINNING. We're stressed and tense and real life is going befok at the same time, making gaming give unnecessary pressure to most of us. And its not on.
Lets remember why we're playing. I don't need fucking national colours or a trophy. I need to laugh and have a good time with my good friends while making opposition yell "WTFZOMGHAXCHEATERZ"

Ya look we do need to have more fun.
In iB we were doing very well but taking it way to seriously, and then we started loosing. We decided to play for laughs, less formal less organised and suddenly we were playing amazingly again.
We need to recruit at least 2 guys though.
