I am happy to peel oranges for either team if the rosters on Do Gaming are locked for each leg.

Have we got confirmation that Do Gaming league will be 8v8?

I don't have access to the DoGaming site from work but I have PM'd INfy on SGS and asked him

* WHen is the league starting
* Team sizes
* Rules (asked for a copy of them if they exist)

Hey Paul,

The league begins in February. Registrations should open before the end of this year.

We're still trying to decide what format would be most popular. Considering how big the maps are, we are leaning towards 8 vs 8 conquest, like in bc2. I'm about to make a topic to ask the guys what they want.

The rules dont yet exist. We are currently finalising the format and schedule for the 2012 season.

Cool. I think I should be a bench player, whichever team needs me.

I don't think reserves will be bored. From past experience we have a lot of now-shows due to RL commitments.

19 people have voted so far and I can't see the votes changing that much so here are my preliminary teams. What do you guys think.

Only reason why Mega isn't in the first team is because of his travels into deepest Africa. I have also steered away from calling it team A/1st and B/2nd

Can I suggest that you switch our places, Paul? I dont expect to be in the first team for long anyways - there are much better players around this here clan.

Looks pretty good Paul, with a couple of comments:

1. You as a reserve? You are a great armour whore, I'd expect you and Lep to look after that facet of the team
2. Tough making VoetsekMikey a reserve. I'd probably include him in the core team and drop jackal to the bench. Jackal has never been overly committed while Christo is always there.

Tough choices on the first team though. We have a goodly number of excellent players.

Translation: This is going to eat into my LOTRO time.

I will leave it as is, the captain of the team can pick who is reserve or not i.e. We have 10 players per team and the captain gets the final say

I wanted Mikeyy to be part of the team but he indicated that he won't always be available, that is why all 3 reserves for the Nuts are there because they can't commit 100%.

I think I will change it to be teams of 10, the Captain of each team can decide on the 8 core players for each match
