We need to check the Nag/SGS forums to see who is selling the tickets then assuming the scalping bastard don't charge ridiculous prices, you can get from there.

Otherwise, it won't be a PC weekend but similar to the one we had in CT recently

As Paul said, lets see if we can source tickets from NAG / SGS. If not, we'll need to turn the weekend into doing other stuffs as a group. Perhaps just buying a day ticket to the Expo to check it out. If the LAN doesn't pan out, would people still want to stay at a lodge from Thurs/Fri night until Sun/Mon?

Well personally I would really like to attend the LAN and mess around a bit with sme grrrbians in what ever game and then leech!!

So, even at this stage - nobody attempting or able to get more R4ge tickets?
Abandoning the LAN?

What’s the general consensus?

I have been looking around for scalpers to purchase off, but have found only a few.

Tickets going from R600 up.. and the I don't know the seller's.

I would really like to go to the LAN! I know interest seems low at the moment, but I know Jarrod is also super keen (as I am sure most should be).

I am hitting that LAN like a mofo. I must just find out what games to install.

I reckon that TF2 will be a good game for lanning at rAge this year. It's recently gone free to play, so everyone will be able to have a go. Also, dedicated servers are available, so no stress with internet connections being required.

If I manage to procure a LAN ticket, that's what I'll be jamming.

EDIT: Oh, and Magicka. I've been very keen to play this game co-op, but it requires too much upstream bandwidth to be viable over the net. On a LAN though, it'll be awesome. So everyone who owns this game, get it installed. Everyone who doesn't have it, why not? It's only a few dollars on Steam, and is a complete blast.

Picked up my tickets yesterday, I now physically have them in my hands, well they are in the safe

Guys, please keep on the look out of tickets going @ semi-reasonable prices (up to R400). I am really wanting to get my hands on a ticket and go to another rAge lan.
