I can't help feeling that I'm one of those elements that you don't like. If I'm right, that saddens me, because I've always liked you and enjoyed your company.

Have had some time to think this thru and frankly I would much rather stay than leave for obvious reasons.

Sincerely sorry if I offended anyone with my resignation post, but as I am sure some of you know.
I don't like beating around the bush and normally say what I think at that time, which isn't always the best thing to do.
