While I was reading Jarrod's post, 2 names seem to stick out for me and it seems like most replies echo that.

My nominations are Sheri and Dazzy... Without a doubt 2 very involved peeps who have the clan's best interest at heart.

I would be proud to serve under either of them and follow them into battle, wherever they may create it

I hope I don’t disappoint all of you with the next few words. I would be very keen to stick to the team captain role for BC2 and would like the chance to see our team rise to the top of the log. I have loads of ideas and just need time to try things. It’s a pity that this is the last round for the year as I think that we are starting to get it right. Hopefully we can keep a few practice matches running until next year. So what i am trying to say is that i would rather run with being the team captain. At the same time I am going to be building a house (well not physically) and am not sure that the place i will be renting from the 1 October will have ADSL. Its my parents in law's flat in CPT so i will be pushing all the positives of having ADSL in their holiday house.

My vote would be for Paul and Shadey. Both have something very different to bring to the team so I will be hard pushed to decide between the two. Perhaps we can have a debate session, organised at rAge where the two go head to head or knuckle to knuckle. We could make them down a drink at the start of each question… on no – I just had a vision of Lee and his bottle of Leg End Ary Southern Comfort.

For me its a very logical and easy choice to make, without a doubt:

Sheri / Daz / Paul

... for reasons that have been given already.

They have proven their worth when it comes to clan business/fun.

I know many, many of you will be heart broken but I am going to have to withdraw my nomination. Looks like I will be moving into my new place mid-October and the internet doesn't look good i.e. I won't have any for quite a while.

So on the slim chance that I did become clan leader, I wouldn't be able to do my duties.

Remaining candidateS? At this stage, there's only one...

With both Paul and Dazzie refusing nomination (ingrates), only Sheri and Christo remain as nominees. AND, no-one has seconded Christo's nomination, so at this point in time it's a one horse race.

Anyone got any other nominations/seconds? There are a few people that we haven't heard from in this thread so far (Fly, Murgs, Chronos, Ice, Lep, Skoups, Voetsek (apologies if I've missed anyone) - do you have any nominations to add?).

Otherwise, the decision's been made already...

I think that their organisation skillz have been proven... plus Sheri always gives me the server password...

Well, I would like to nominate, in order of preference...

Commander SloDaz... cos he picked up commanding the BC2 team so well...

failing that...

Paul... so he can suffer with the leadership responsibilities on his shoulders...

failing that...

Sheri, cos she'd do a good job, and I left her to last, because she doesn't deserve the pain and suffering that this leadership position will put on her.

Paul I think you should reconsider stepping down from the nomination. If you can access the forum from work each day then you should be able to keep up until your line is installed.

My nomination would be Sheri without a doubt.

Otherwise I would personally like to nominate 1 of the 2 original founders, however I don't know their current living conditions nor how they would feel about this......

Some really inspirational clan things can be done and usually come to mind while at work. What better way to spend company time than actually thinking about work
