Hey man,
I really don’t think that it matters by 2 days. We have played 2 matches already well over the deadlines and no probs there.
Unfortunately as I said before it will be impossible for us to play tonight or this week (I got your second email). As I said before we can play on the 19th.
We suffered last night already by only having 6 guys because we played during the week and that match was organized 2 weeks in advance.
Look if they have a serious problem with us playing our match 2 days late, then I will contact them and tell them that it was due to the 69th that the match was delayed and you (GRRR) should not be penalized and we (69th) will therefore forfeit our points for that game to you.
So now you have it in writing.

Excuse my stupidity here, but am I correct in assuming that they are forfeiting but still want a game?
Or that they want us to play late and tell the league that we did in fact play on time?
I am lost...

I forwarded their email to the League Admin to see if an extension is permitted or what n wot.
So I'll leave the forfeiting decision up to the League Admin.
Not a nice way to win, but hey, 69th have been absolutely slack, they've played 2 matches in 6 weeks
