a good note for speedy squad swopping
[ENTER] key is your friend
[ENTER] to immediately bring up kit menu
EXPAND THE SQUAD SELECTION PAGE - for the rest of the game you should have SQUAD page as the default
Click the squad you want and dont fiddle with clicking anywhere else, rather:
[ENTER] again to exit out
it's quicker
