R2200 - Travel breakdown
R1200 for Fuel to drive JHB Members
R1000 - To assist with 2 Members with plane ticket shortfalls.

^ Something along those lines.

Seems fine Ion, but Onny raises a good point about how R2200 was reached and possibly how its broken down for transparency.

Maybe also add that people are welcome to post their concerns in the thread OR contact you privately.

Durban Trip Expenses.

This post is just to clarify the current state of the slush fund and expenses re the Durban trip.

The slush fund is currently sitting at R13,155.88. The budget for the Durban trip is R4222. This is broken down into the following items:
R2200 to assist with traveling expenses (this is merely to subsidize and doesn’t cover everything)
The R2200 is broken down as such: R1000 towards fuel for those traveling with me(drive down), and R1200 helping with plain ticket short fall
R1022 to assist with entry to Ushaka Marine World for the attending people.
R1000 for a Braai that will be done on the Sat (Beer and meat)

If anyone has any concerns/queries re this they are welcome to post them here OR PM Ion

Grrr Slush fund Recon

So we have concluded the recon on the fund and there is people not contributing currently (last year and a half).
Please remember that the contributions is a membership requirement and everyone agreed to it.
We have opted to give everyone a month’s time from the date this is posted to please get your contributions up to date.
If anyone has questions re this or need details on their contributions if not sure they are welcome to contact either Ion or Jarrod.

I am happy that, that money is used for the trip. THe fund is there for Grrr activities and this is definitely a grrr Activity
