Tiger, I am on stand-by on all the mentioned dates. I am on stand-by basically every second week(and you mentioned every second week ). Any other date desides the weekend on the 1st of May would be do-able from me.

I agree that its important to get to see the mugs of the new chaps.

This year is chaos with Weddings/bachelor parties, weekends away, work functions etc but the May dates are better for me.
Also, just my 2c, but while Skyping between WPandGP is a really cool idea, to get that many people to agree on a date will be a tad difficult.

Well its gonna be hard to get a date for everyone, but as many as possible.

The dates i gave are the dates i am free. I cant do the other weekends Cronos as i have my daughter on those.

23 May looks like the best bet ATM.
