*Just read Badass's post, good solution if the kick vote fails*
This clan is about gaming together, that is the essence of the clan and what joining a gaming clan is all about.
Can't do that if we don't make space on our own server for our own clan.
I have been on a solo mission of late through pure frustration with queuing on the clan server.
I don't bother joining TS if the chat is all related to what's happening on another server.
On the few times that I have been on the server, I have also noticed some [grrr] are slow to swap teams to balance the server. Balance both in terms of numbers and skill.
Not sure if it has been resolved through server side settings but its important.
I have the most fun when there are squads of [grrr] on both sides and the game is close. That should be possible with around 30 active clan members.

Yes we(grrr members) all want to play on our own server, but the queue is always 2 - 5 people long, and like Jarrod said he doesn't even bother to join.
We don't want to kick guys for the sake of kicking to make space (high pingers only), but playing with your clan-mates is what it's all about, so what I do is by joining any other game and Alt + Tab out once loaded, click on join "Grrr server" and carry on playing, by doing this I still play, talk kuk on TS and by the time a slot comes available I join in on the grrr server. The max you'll wait is for the current round to finish.
Now some of you would only want to play 1 or 2 games, but think that to kick players will not go down well...., what I would like to see is the commander spot and belief its working now, anyone tested this???
My 2c
basically what badass said... (phuck, I can not believe I agree with him...)
Paul, just out of interest, how many people are now contributing towards the server? I mean Kalgat made a massive contribution and from my understanding we are still only a handful of people contributing to the slush fund monthly. I would much rather want to see a second server, perhaps smaller say a 16 player server or something whereby we have it dedicated for clan members whereby we can do all kinds of funny stuff with it. That will only be possible if we get more contributions.
On the topic of server management:
I like playing on JT's (??) server, partly because it is 100% of the time administered, so he will very quickly balance out teams. I've recently played on MWEB's 64 player server where the whole of BVD was playing on one side and they will really poon my side. On a 700 ticket server, they would win 0 - 650 or 0 - 600. That is also not fun to play and after each round, my side would lose half the team only to be filled with more noobs. BVD was thinking it is hilarious.
People that wants to get into BF really need a friendly place to learn to play. Not everybody is an ace-pilot the first time they got into a jet, not everybody is an ace headshotter etc. in contrast, the more experienced guys on the MWEB server was really giving these noobs a really hard time for trying to fly ("why do you even try flying", "get out noob, I' am the pilot" crap like that). I don't want to see that on our server, please.
If a team is winning like 4 rounds in a row (convincingly I should add) then I actually expect grrr players to swap teams to balance it out and if GRRR doesn't swap, then the admins should swap players around. (move the top three players to the other side for all I care) Doing that will really promote not only BF but also GRRR.
I have said my views on cheaters, cheaters should receive a permanent ban on our servers, even if they've been caught cheating in BF2 or BF3 games. Once a cheater, also a cheater.
I like a competitive server, but not one that is so competitive that you get owned 0-650. If we can do that right, then I think we are on a good path.
My 5c on the topic... (you don't get 2cents any more)

Alright, so we’ve run some tests, and it doesn’t look like we are able to get the reserved slots to work. We lowered the player limit to 2 and had myself and Kalgat join, and Hubris on a reserved slot. All it did was leave him in the queue. We’ve gone through a few forums and it seems to be a known issue. There were some suggested work-arounds but none of them seemed to work.
We should maybe try this when we have a completely full server, don’t know if that will change anything, but it’s worth a try.
Stef has post a query to EA about the issue. So we’ll wait on that. Although he did chat with an EA consultant, who said that it was not under their sphere of control.
http://answers.ea.com/t5/Battlefield-4/Server-Hosting-Reserved-Slot-System-Broken/m-p/1830461#U1830461 I do feel that if we can get the reserved slots to work, we should use it. It is our server and we should reserve slots for member. Why else have a clan server?
Once we do have the reserve slots working we will need a list of names to add, these names need to be exactly the same as your battlelog/ingame nick.

I agree with a lot of the previous comments made.
1. Skouperd is right, team balance is a very big problem, last night for example in one round it was Dryman and some noobs vs like 8 grrr's. The other team had no chance. There was another round of rush the other day where the teams were like 14 vs 7, by the time we realised that the teams were so unbalanced, the round was already over.
2. I don't agree with kicking players to make space for us, in all honesty when i start playing, i load up the test range to get my eye in and fiddle with weapons or attachments while i sit in the queue to join grrr. You wont even notice 10mins go by.
3. We need a 'practice' server for teamwork and cohesion etc. Why affect the public server now, when we will have a private server to practice on at some point later in the future.
4. As i understand our public server is for public play and to gain some grrr visibility in the community we need to cater for the community, they are our 'customers' essentially.

I will be looking at the team balance plugin tonight and setting that up. Its very comprehensive and looks at many attributes such as stats.
Balanced teams make for enjoyable games makes people want to stay.

OT - but there was a c#### like this one the Grrr server the other day, pissed me off severely. Also people moaning, I vote we just kick those bastards who are unsportsmanlike or the buggers that piss and moan constantly. They would learn to not to come back and people would realize only cool people play here. My 2c.

Gethin Jenkins I agree 100% with everything you said and feel exactly the same. Come on TS man. Mis those quirky remarks

We need to be clear of the rules though, like I said in the other thread, if we kick people it must be for a reason that everyone who joins the server.
So we need to state something in the server messages like "Play like a fool or a tool and you get schooled" otherwise people will be like "I was pwning on the grrr server so some douche admin kicked me"
People who know us will think this is bull but people who don't might beleive him
