This is my main concern with Borderlands 2. Thats why I'm suggesting a cracked LAN version..
Skoups, Command and Conquer 3, Red Alert 3, Star Caft 2, Company of Heroes?

Cracked lan versions is the only way to go at RAGE, or any lan for that matter. Anything else is just a waste of time.
Haven't played any of those games in ages. CoH will be tagged along so we could have a game of that perhaps.

Denis, you're seriously overstating the issue:
- The developers of Borderlands have already stated that offline LAN support is to be included with the game, so playing that at rAge is very much a possibility.
- The requirement that we do have is to be able to perform Steam authentication at rAge. This was sorted out last year, so I'm sure that it. Will be again this year. Granted, the steam authentication links weren't available when we first arrived last year, but they were up by early afternoon on the Friday.
- The big issue that we had last year was that, although we'd agreed on playing TF2, a number of people turned up either with the game not installed, or not updated to the most recent version (we had the additional problem that one of us had forgotten their steam password and couldn't even log in). The Steam access at rAge is limited to account authentications, not updating/downloading games.
- As long as everyone knows what games were going to be playingr at rAge, and comes prepared I.e. games all installed and updated, we should be absolutely fine to play legit Steam games at the LAN. This includes Borderlands, TF2, Left 4 dead, CounterStrike, COD4, BF2 etc.
Persoanally, as a big fan of FPS and RPGS games, I'll be sticking to these archetypes at rAge. I know that SupCom is a good game, but I'm not a lover of the RTS genre.
