If we've got too many players for the match at a given time, then I think we have to go with the strongest players rather than the first to sign up.

Agreed we either have 2 teams or we field the strongest team available.

Since these are the people that committed, I'm going to honour that commitment and make you our 1st team for now in this opening stage
I think we may only have 2 reserve spots, so I want the reserves to seriously think about if they really want to be in the team or out of it.
*I know Mr Mega will likely be travelling to ForsakenVille in the coming weeks/months which is why he cannot fully comit to the team.
Thor, it would be great to have you, but we have to depend on Telkom and/or and ISP for you to arrive mid-league, plus this game is very different
there is a steep learning curve, not hectic, but will take some serious adjusting if you didnt play the Beta(which you missed because you were offline)
So, no offence, but we cannot leave a sacred reserve spot open for a maybe-not-online-till-june scenario.

As for the rest, there are NO clan servers currently. So there's no real way to compete as yet, nor practice. So while it would be great to organise
a friendly, there's no way to do so currently. So what we need to do is compete Against each other on the public servers as much as possible, not
one on one, rather 4man squad vs 4man squad.

Let's try this out as a start: (I know i want to promote squad jumping, we'll do that once we have clan servers as it stands it's too difficult on open servers)

How the might have fallen from team captain to Reserve. J/k, I really wish I could commit more but I just don't know the future and I don't want to let the team down, so I would rather have some one who can fully commit.
