Ok so we have a long way to go. Please add in your comments, be brutally honest, no one will take this personally and it is the only way to improve.
* Better planning. This is my fault. I should have laid out strats and got organised sooner. This will be the responsibility of the Captain though in the future.
* Communication. We need to find a better way to communicate. The Battlelog party did not work for Stu and I at least and thuse we had to use TS. I think the chatter on TS was acceptable. Murgs had to quiten a few people down some times but it wasn't too bad, not from my perspective anyway
*SL orders. We need to obey them. Too many times I saw people just spawning, randomly going their own way
*JET PILOTS!!!!This is a biggie, if we play on maps we need people who can Fly jets, I tried but I think I have a total of 15 minutes in JETS including last night.
