As I said friendlies (these are not pracs) will be on a first come first serve basis. Within 2 or 3 weeks of BF3 starting, even if a formal league hasn't been announced yet, I will have announced the two teams (we will assume it is 8 v 8 for now) so that we can start practising in anticipation for a league.

I will be consulting with everyone who put their name down as available to play BF3 to decide how the teams will be made up. But please if you have problems come to me, do not take the team selection personal and let iron out any concerns if they arise instead of bottling it up.

As I said, the aim for this year is to be competitive amongst the top clans/teams but not at the expense of our identity

I think Paul's reign can be called the 'Softly Softly' era.

I agree completely. It makes sense that Paul is Team Captain until this clan is mentally prepared to discuss/vote someone in.
Why there is an aversion to doing that now is beyond me but I am going to go grab a nice big cup of STFU.
