Just thought some of you might like to know this. If you buy the Borderlands GOTY for PC, all four DLC packs are 'included' with the game - but they're not on the disk. In order to play them, you have to download them from the Gearbox website and provide your one-time code when you install them. They weigh in at about a gig and change each, so consider that if you don't have uncapped.
It seems that the downloaded pack can be redistributed though.
