OK, let me quickly run through how to add a channel swopping hotkey and whisper hotkey setup for you.
First off login to your Teamspeak Server.
Channel Swap HotkeysNow, go to your Options by clicking on the SETTINGS in the MENU and
Choose OPTIONS:

1st Off, DISABLE those annoying "USER ENTERED YOUR CHANNEL" mesages
look on the left hand Bar and Click Notifications, the click the
dropdown menu and choose Sounds Deactivated, then select APPLY:

Now Select HOTKEYS from the LEFT Bar and click the ADD Key to add
a function:

EXPAND the list with the |> arrow of SWITCH TO
Then |> arrow of Channel, you will need to scroll down to select
the channel you want. In my case the #grrr channel:

|> Arrow exapands the #grrr channel and I select ON:CURRENT
Next I CLICK on the [NO HOTKEY ASSIGNED] button to actually SET
the hotkey that I want:

My thinking is that < (Actually the comma key) for channel on the left
and > (Actually the Full Stop Key) for the channel on the right:

I can now see that , is selected as my hotkey to swop to the
#grrr channel so I will click [OK]:

*** NOTE I WILL SIMPLY REPEAT THE PROCESS AND CHOSE THE #grrrbc2 CHANNEL ***
Now that I've repeated the process and have both Channels, I can see them
listed above as hotkey assignments:

Next I must make sure that my channel passwords are saved so that I
don't have to re-type them every time I log into Teamspeak
*note CLICK [OK] when the warning message pops up:

Lastly, click the [No hotkey assigned] button and chose a hotkey to
talk to EVERYONE in your Whisper List (In my case it's a Mouse button):
