I want to put in a nomination for Dante. He made the effort not only to get keys but also to try to redeem them.

Just engrave Slippery Duck on it for the next ten years and mail it to him ;)

Any ideas on how we can better define the criteria ?

Good idea Ion, but the criteria needs to be clear for members. Otherwise Lee would be the permanent winner :)

Hi Ony,

Idea is to go to someone that goes over and above normal clan activities. So normal gaming ts and forum activities would be considered normal and not part of the criteria.

When Lee did the forum upgrade the one year, that is a good example.

Good idea and I have some questions:

...'contributed most'... as in?

What is the criteria by which the 'contribution' will be measured by? Game time? Forum time? Social time? Whatsapp time? Financially?

The person who games regularly, posts stuff on the forum regurlully, attends or organises social get-togethers regewlarlee, chats a hindleg off a donkey on Whatsapp reglorlly, pays his subs reggarlee and is invisible sometimes while assisting the leader.

Is the idea of an award motivation enough to increase participation, i.e. is the idea of an award going the duplicate the same effect we had when everyone was playing Battlefield together?

good idea :)

Grrrbian of the year award

Hi,

So I am thinking of introducing a Grrrbian of the year award. A Small statue with some engraving wont break the bank. :trophy1:

Current clan leader can then give the award to the Grrrbian that has contributed the most in his term. This will hopefully inspire more participation and also reward some of the members that do a lot of work in the background that go largely unnoticed. Will also give the ability to the clan leader to thank the person/s that has really helped in his term.

Award will be issued at the annual Grrrage. :sheesh:

Thoughts ?

If this is generally approved I will draft a post to put up on the private section.....
