Thanks very much for the chat last night Vovo - I was sorry to have missed it. I spoke to Shadey, Murgs and Voetsek later in the evening and they all said that you provided excellent comments. It was also great to confirm some of our thinking and we are going to start putting this into practice - starting on Thursday!!!
