I couldn't agree more Jonno.

Unfortunately though, 69th aren't there first (nor the last team) that is going to f*ck us around. As mentioned, I have really not played enough and although thats not what GRRR is all about, it has made me a feel.. useless.

We are all adults here and for the league to succeed people need to stick to their arrangements. I know things change, but its happened more than twice actually where I have cancelled and reshuffled arrangements to attend a game, and then to have our competition change arrangements at the last minutes, completely f*cking my life up :gah:

Lets be wary of the teams that screwed us around during the league in the future, and make sure that if they ever actually pitch to a game in the future, we f*ck them up so bad, they don't want to play us again :curses:

69th should wake the fuck up and realise that they've messed us around as it is. Personally, I'd like to play them on the map and format we were supposed to play for the league match that they bailed on. It's the least they can do, and it will give us an indication of the strength of their team should we end up in the same league as them for Leg 2. Phatso has missed matches during the course of the league and therefore hasn't had much competitive play - now they bail on a match that he made time for specifically, so he misses out again]

Due to the game being a forfeit before it was a mess-around, I have plans for tonight already and thus won't be able to make it.

I've told him I'd get back to him and rather play on the GRRR server since we can admin that server without issues.

i reckon we go play anyway? see if they're sports or not and pitch.

SAD way to end the league - we barely played it.

Bad news... Line still down. Lep even went out and bought a new router just to make sure.
Lep phoned in another fault with Telkom and now we wait. They said they would try to send someone out again still today, but no one yet.
Do they work "after hours"?

This really sucks! I am praying the line gets fixed over the weekend so we can play on Monday.

I'm really sorry that Lep and I were not able to join practice last night.
What I thought was just our Router having to reboot itself turned into it actually being our Telkom line that was down.
Lep logged a fault with Telkom last night and there were there at my house when I left for work this morning.
From what I heard before I left, it seems that it is our wall-jack connector thingy-ma-jiggy that was faulty.

Lep will post as soon as he's online as he's home today. I hope it works!!!
