A4 Part 1: Although the release date was scheduled for 2016 and now moved to 2017, I think we will be lucky if we see a single wrapped and shipped package before 2020.
A4 Part 2: As much as I would like to answer with 42 simply because it is the answer to everything, I must digress and go with 0.

Calculation:

If we look at the nutritional facts below we can clearly see that H2O doesn't feature at all, therefore I believe that nobody would die from dehydration.

There could be lots of other factors that could play a role resulting in multiple calculations to how many people could die due to other possibilities, but dehydration would not be one of them. :)

A1: Nipple Twisting
A2: You have to turn all three the valves on full then flip the ignition switch while hoping not to die.
A3: Ion threw a lot of people in the pool but ends up in the pool with them almost every time, so technically, he threw himself in the pool the most amount of times.
