Although I don't mind making the changes I must however agree with Jarrod's suggestion and I would prefer if they rather contact Heatherdale directly. I can perhaps give Sharon at Heatherdale the head's up, if you like, so that she can give them the same rate as ours?

Why not have them contact Heatherdale directly and sort out their own rooms? They have to pay their own way anyway...

Russy, I am all for more people, but you have to understand it is kak for Onny to keep re-organizing rooms. I did it one year and it is a pain in the ass.
