I've just rechecked the account, and there is no payment listed from you for T-Shirts. Th last paymnet with your name on it was made on the 14th July, for your rAge accommodation.

Hmmmn. Must check my online banking statement. Have had trouble as of late doing payments coz I put the payment through a week ago. I shall try once more! Also thanks for arranging J! SO bleak I forgot to get music. You must PM me a list of what you wanted to recomend so I can try them. You have a 100% success rate so far on your recomendations!

Okay guys, job done. Sorry it's taken a while, but work has been seriously problematic since I got back from JHB.

Anyway, I've refunded Shadey and Grant for their contributions to the food/drink for the weekend. Nomad has been refunded for his drink contribution, as well as the T-Shirts that he fronted the cash for.

A big thank you to Tyger (R762) and Firesyde (R196) for contributing food/drink for the weekend out of their own pockets. I can only assume that this was a donation to the clan, given that neither of them provided bank details for a refund.

Okay, so the good news. We've paid for everything, and still have some cash in the slush fund.

So, no need for anyone to pay in anything :)

Currently the balance of the fund is R1310.This is without a number of payments that are still expected.

Given Tyger's generous donation to the fund, I'm going to take him off the owing list for T Shirts.

So, once we have the outstanding funds paid in, the slush fund will have a healthy balance of R4104.20, which is a great start for the coming year.

Again, I encourage everyone to set up a stop order to contribute what you can afford on a monthly basis. R50 a month is great, R200 a month is awesome. With such a large member base now, we should be able to raise a nice pot every year, and use the cash to do some great things for the clan.

Thanks for an awesome rAge weekend guys, and I'm amazed that the hardcore contingent that we had this year weren't able to drink our fund into a negative balance!!
