I actually thought of buying him Far Cry3 but was not sure if he would like to revisit a game he played the original of.

Thanks for the tip, Phats. I won't be downloading them for now but when I do, I will remember your wise words.

I picked up Dishonored (because everyone says its AMAZEBALLS), Dark Souls 1 (because I want to suffer) and Castle Crashers (because someday my wife will want to game) this sale around.
And right now I got Sleeping Dogs. Its now $9.99 ... missed the 75% sale of it but Lee, you convinced me.

I have the majority of the other great games already :)

Onny, protip for Witcher 2. Play it through all the way if you can. Don't park it for a few months. I did that and by the time I got back into it, I realised I had forgotten everything :( .. I wasn't too far and apparently it is a HUGE game (like 60-100 hours playthrough). I might revisit it in the future and play it on SUPER EASY MOWD.

The only other title that vaguely interests me right now for the remainder of the year... Is Grand Theft Auto 5. That is Day 1 purchase for me. Held off getting it on console because I also knew / believed it would land on PC eventually.

Yeah, tough choices. The new Thief for $15 isn't bad. My wife bought mine for R60:(
I got payday2, and not sure if I want to get either Splinter Cell or Dark Souls2?

I was doing well until the last few days. Ended up with:

* Bastion
* COD: Ghosts
* Baldurs Gate 2 Enhanced Edition
* Dragonfall (DLC for Shadowrun Returns)

On the bright side, with the family heading off to Sweden tomorrow, I should have some time to play my new acquistions.

Another good option on the Encore list is XCOM Enemy Unknown. Fantastic turn based strategy game.

my BEST(and only) buy from Steam sale - Sleeping Dogs - HOLY Cow what a quality (and HUGE) game I got for R70

Never played the Skyrim series, so will give it a go :)

Yay, another Skyrim fan :)

Dishonored also a very cool game, Morph. I really enjoyed playing it and you can play it through multiple times in different ways. Awesomenizz...
