Yes we(grrr members) all want to play on our own server, but the queue is always 2 - 5 people long, and like Jarrod said he doesn't even bother to join.
We don't want to kick guys for the sake of kicking to make space (high pingers only), but playing with your clan-mates is what it's all about, so what I do is by joining any other game and Alt + Tab out once loaded, click on join "Grrr server" and carry on playing, by doing this I still play, talk kuk on TS and by the time a slot comes available I join in on the grrr server. The max you'll wait is for the current round to finish.
Now some of you would only want to play 1 or 2 games, but think that to kick players will not go down well...., what I would like to see is the commander spot and belief its working now, anyone tested this???

basically what badass said... (phuck, I can not believe I agree with him...)
Paul, just out of interest, how many people are now contributing towards the server? I mean Kalgat made a massive contribution and from my understanding we are still only a handful of people contributing to the slush fund monthly. I would much rather want to see a second server, perhaps smaller say a 16 player server or something whereby we have it dedicated for clan members whereby we can do all kinds of funny stuff with it. That will only be possible if we get more contributions.
On the topic of server management:
I like playing on JT's (??) server, partly because it is 100% of the time administered, so he will very quickly balance out teams. I've recently played on MWEB's 64 player server where the whole of BVD was playing on one side and they will really poon my side. On a 700 ticket server, they would win 0 - 650 or 0 - 600. That is also not fun to play and after each round, my side would lose half the team only to be filled with more noobs. BVD was thinking it is hilarious.
People that wants to get into BF really need a friendly place to learn to play. Not everybody is an ace-pilot the first time they got into a jet, not everybody is an ace headshotter etc. in contrast, the more experienced guys on the MWEB server was really giving these noobs a really hard time for trying to fly ("why do you even try flying", "get out noob, I' am the pilot" crap like that). I don't want to see that on our server, please.
If a team is winning like 4 rounds in a row (convincingly I should add) then I actually expect grrr players to swap teams to balance it out and if GRRR doesn't swap, then the admins should swap players around. (move the top three players to the other side for all I care) Doing that will really promote not only BF but also GRRR.
I have said my views on cheaters, cheaters should receive a permanent ban on our servers, even if they've been caught cheating in BF2 or BF3 games. Once a cheater, also a cheater.
I like a competitive server, but not one that is so competitive that you get owned 0-650. If we can do that right, then I think we are on a good path.
My 5c on the topic... (you don't get 2cents any more)
