Musketeer - Each card uses its own VRAM. My 690 also runs as 2GBx2, not 4GB.

If I SLI my GTX770, will the VRAM pool and therefore double, or does each card just use its local VRAM?

You make me sad.. Although, I tend to agree with Jarrod. 3GB+ by todays standards is only needed for silly high resolutions (1440p style or like 5760 x 1080). I am REALLY hoping I can still run this game at very high settings.

I perhaps should've waited but really, minimum is 512????? AND MAX 3GB??? DAFUQ!

mmm, I'm good for everything except the 3GB of VRAM. That is an insane amount. I hope that it's only for those who want to run super high resolutions and multi-screen setups.

Odd that the recommended GPUs don't come with 3GB RAM as standard. I know that there are some high ram versions of those cards, but most people will have the 2GB versions.

Woop... I meet recommended, but there is no way I'm using Windows 8 on my home machine.

Yea very nice phatty.
As Paul said just relax it up a bit.

One thing your boat observation at the beginning of the video, it is the same boat with 362 written on it. You see that straight after you un pause it.
Later on in the video there is a in the sky view and there you can see another bigger version of the 362 boat.
