Cool I think Tyger is a good choice for captain. I also think Cronos is long overdue for a leadership spot, he is a smart guy with the right attitude and a ton of experience. Support him for Vice.

we've spoke about this more or less generally, perhaps we need to have an admin meeting soon now that we are starting to see the trickle of people returning from the holiday season and may be more available for discussions and moving us forward.

I'm here to do whatever needs to be done in the team. As always, this is my busiest time of year at work, and as of tomorrow, I'm actually working night shifts (starting 7pm til the wee hours of the morning). Hopefully this wont last long, but my attendance at prac may be limited. I'm quite happy to do grunt work like spanner monkeying etc or just provide opfor at pracs.
