Edit: They can't open any of the files I sent them and they are asking me for either .pdf or .jpeg files which I sent. I really really hope this isn't going to be another stuff up I will run away if this goes down the hole too.

The EPS file format is probably the one they will need. It stores the image in vectors so it can be resized.

Skoups - yeah - I did have that in mind - and spoken to a textile guy too, he told me:
"as the embroyded image is shrunk down to fit the area we want, the detail will be lost, so make your image as you like, shink it down and check that the important details you require are still there making the image look more or less as you need it, if not adjust it"

I took his comments to heart and made sure that when shrinking it WAY down to smaller than the pocket size and lower DPI, the detail was still enough for ALL the basic details to look spot on.

The end result is quite awesome, something we can shrink and expand at will, without worrying about what you've just mentioned.

Bottom line, It's all been considered. That there be the way them here Ducks work, jah hear sons? As meh ol pappy used to say, do it right sons, or just don do it.

Lee, nice designs, can I just give a small word of caution. Be careful not to create too much "small detail". The finer the detail, the more expensive it will be to digitize the image and to actually embroid. Embroidary resolution is a lot lower than screen resolution (I think about 1mm per stitch). Also, try to restrict the colours to only 4 or 5. The current image must have about 20 colours in already. Hell, if they can do it, great, but I know the more complex / detailed the design, the more it cost.

Ducks, I know what you had to go through to Vector that image, I have a few projects that I just gave up on cause of the madness! Props to the design looks spantastically wikkid!

I don't think so, I think its different enough shades of black to stand out, plus the embroidery itself stands out, its basically an emboss.
Emboss like a boss!
