Skoups - yeah - I did have that in mind - and spoken to a textile guy too, he told me:
"as the embroyded image is shrunk down to fit the area we want, the detail will be lost, so make your image as you like, shink it down and check that the important details you require are still there making the image look more or less as you need it, if not adjust it"
I took his comments to heart and made sure that when shrinking it WAY down to smaller than the pocket size and lower DPI, the detail was still enough for ALL the basic details to look spot on.
The end result is quite awesome, something we can shrink and expand at will, without worrying about what you've just mentioned.
Bottom line, It's all been considered. That there be the way them here Ducks work, jah hear sons? As meh ol pappy used to say, do it right sons, or just don do it.
