Hey buster. Normally the sigs need you to put your soldier ID into the site. If you log into Battle Log, your soldier ID is the 9 digit number after your name in the browser bar.
example:
http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf3/soldier/PLAYERNAME/stats/xxxxxxxxx/Where the xxx's are above is where your soldier ID would be. You enter that number into the correct field and then any sig you click on should apply your stats. Once you chose the sig you want, there will be various links to it, one of which you need to add to your profile. To do this, you click on the Settings tab at the top of this page. If you scroll down the menu on the right hand side in the settings page, you will see the option to edit your profile which will take you to a page where you can edit your signature and other things.
