I think he wants a decent keyboard, not a ludicrously expensive one...

If going with a Logitech keyboard, the G510 would be plenty good enough, and less than half the price.

You guys actually uses the wrist support? I never even bother to install mine, ever.

Nomad, if you are looking for a good keyboard, also try out the Logitech G19. I have been very impressed with it.

TBH I have actually done a good bit of typing with the board since I got it. Had to draft a couple of doc's for work at home.
The board was nicer for typing than the X6 and the wrist rest didnt bother me at all.... But I would say it rather depends on how you type

The wrist supports are positioned for 'WASD + NumPad' game play - lotta MMORPG players use it for combat situations. Doubt that it would be a problem except maybe for prolonged typing sessions which I'm pretty sure they're not concerned with or catering for.

In short, here is a bunch of info that doesn't, in any way, answer your query.

Like a cop car?

Anything PC hardware-related (sheesh, I thought a thread posted in a board titled "Hardware" in the sub category "Hardware Reviews" was enough qualification) with flash lights etc = win IMO.
