Hey guys,
Just thought I'd let you all know the good news. Despite assistances paid to various members in order to get them to the XXXL party last month, and sponsorship of the karting, the clan still has a healthy bank balance.
As at today, I have just done the recons for the account, and firstly, thanks to everyone for making their payments into the fund for XXXL without being reminded. It's nice not to have to chase anyone!!
I've refunded myself for the party booze and meat, and will also refund Dazzie for his purchases (more meat) as soon as I get his account details, and after that has been done, we will still have an account balance of over R5000!!
Bodes very well for rAge 2011. We should have a nice kitty for the printing and purchase of shirts and to contribute towards accommodation costs.
For those that contribute to the slush fund monthly - Please continue to do so. These funds are what enable us to do all of these epic clan activities. And to everyone else, please consider making a small donation every month if you have the means. Every little helps...
